Ken Blair
President
Ken has been at the helm of Crown Window Cleaning since 1986. He is still involved in the scheduling and overseeing the budget. His goal is to see that Crown Windows meets the needs of the employees and customers.

Liberty Blair
Administrative Operations Manager
Liberty has been at Crown since the beginning. She handles all of our AR, AP and some HR. She just plain keeps us organized. Unfortunately most of our clients don’t ever get to meet her outside of maybe an email or a quick call to set some billing information, but you can count on her working hard in the background crossing our T’s and dotting our I’s.

Kevin Barton
Operations Manager
Kevin has been with us since 2006. His duties include day to day operations, overseeing, ordering and repairing the equipment. He also maintains the fleet of trucks. He is a certified high rise window cleaner. His knowledge and experience make him our primary sales person.

Jess Perez
Front Office
Jess answers the phone and is usually your first point of contact. Jess helps with scheduling and is our clerical person who keeps our files in order. She also creates all the job tickets. She has been with us since 2020.

Monti Cappelletty
Past Co-Owner
Monti was co-owner and part of Crown Window Cleaning from 1996 until his passing in 2019. He was instrumental in keeping up with the day-to-day operations, scheduling and financial decisions. He was a great partner and is sorely missed.
